Bring OwnUX to your product in 12 weeks. A free, hands-on pilot, measured honestly.
Pilots are planned. Register interest with the beta form, choosing “I build a product”, or email [email protected].

Who it’s for. We’re starting with a few B2B products that want numbers on whether OwnUX helps.
B2B SaaS in work management, or a close neighbour. One capability model serves your product and your users’ other tools.
A React web frontend. The SDK alpha needs React 19. Other frameworks come later.
Enough new users to learn from. Our target is 500 or more new users a month. How small a change a pilot can measure depends on your volume, so we agree the holdout size and measurement window with you up front, and report the result with its uncertainty, whatever it shows.
A named product leader. One sponsor who owns the metric, the decision and the readout.
Willing to run a holdout. A share of new users keeps your current experience, so the comparison is fair.
Engineering time to integrate. We aim for L2 conformance within 10 engineering days, a target we’ll measure together.
A fair exchange, written down before we start.
What you get
- The full 12-week pilot, free.
- Hands-on integration support: your manifest, your components and conformance.
- A weekly check-in with us.
- Conformance fixes on our side within agreed response times.
- Transparent reporting of the result, whatever it shows.
What you commit to
- A named product leader as sponsor.
- One primary metric and a minimum effect, agreed in writing at the start.
- A holdout group of new users who never see OwnUX.
- Engineering time to integrate the SDK, and a mutual data-processing agreement, which is being prepared.
- Moving to the Launch plan if the agreed criteria are met; case-study and logo rights only on success.
Prices after the pilot are planned launch prices and may change.
Twelve weeks, week by week. Agree, build, prove, measure, decide. Scrub to see who does what each week.

How results are measured
A holdout tells you what OwnUX changed, not what you hoped it changed.
The holdout, 15 per cent of new users by default, never sees the adapted experience, not even the switch. Accessibility settings such as text size, contrast and motion will still apply to everyone. We compare your agreed metric between groups; reporting it with confidence intervals is planned.
- The same person always lands in the same group.
- Raising the rollout only adds people; the holdout stays put.
- One metric, agreed up front, reported either way.

Success, defined before we start. You pick one primary metric. We watch the safety signals alongside it.
Activation. For example, the share of new users who complete your key action within 7 days.
Time to first key action. How long a new user takes to do the thing your product is for.
Feature discovery. Whether new users find the capabilities that matter to them.
Task error rate. How often attempted tasks fail or are undone.
Locked-surface violations must be zero. If OwnUX renders a locked screen, that’s a failure, whatever the metric says.
Kill-switch uses are part of the readout. You can turn OwnUX off from your code at any time; each use is a safety signal.
Questions, answered.
PlannedDesign partner pilots and holdout measurement are planned. The OwnUX SDK alpha runs in our Reference App today.
Nothing. The 12-week pilot is free. If the agreed criteria are met, you move to the Launch plan, at a planned launch price that may change.
